Beijing, Sept 21, IRNA -- Iranian actress Hedye Tehrani won the Best
Actress prize of Pyongyang International Film Festival of the
Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) states.
Film makers from more than 40 countries participated at the
festival with 98 long, short and feature films.
Three films from Iran took part in the festival. Saman Moqaddam's
Party took part in the competition, while `Paradise Belongs to You' by
Ali-Reza Davoodnejad and `Under the Moonlight' by Reza Mir-Karimi were
screened in on the sidelines of the festival.
Iran's Deputy Culture Minister in cinematic affairs, Mohammad
Hossein Pezeshk, as well as Iranian ambassador to Pyongyang, Jaladdin
Namini Myanji attended the closing ceremony of the festival.
